Joran MichaelsJuly 2026BudgetWorking from home more and need to allocate budget into sales/marketing for my own business. Wasn't coming in as much and need to see if I can create budget for it in the future.
Adam MealeyJuly 2026SpaceMy company opened a office — The KINN is great and love it, I just started a new job and they won't expense it so have to figure out my budget.
Cristina BurlacuJuly 2026Other, TravelI have to commute a lot to Orange County for work and I travel for work very often.
Cristina PoindexterJuly 2026Budget, Value, OtherA few reasons combining, ultimately - the biggest is that I'm just not making it in as much as anticipated, given the drive/routine it requires from where I live in Topanga is not efficient. The other big reason is I've gone through a significant pivot in my work, where I'll be focusing less on entrepreneurs as a target market for my own business and I simply need to deprioritize my investment in that area to allow myself to focus on new client work. The cost is not trivial for me and I'll need to use the budget to support myself and my business in different ways. — One way I could have gained more value from membership is if there were discounted rates for using the space to do events. I was originally planning to do a lot of events through KINN but it became prohibitive because of cost. That's one way I would have felt more valued as a member and it would have added significant value to my membership.
Danielle VenturinoJuly 2026ValueThere doesn't feel like there is a place for me at the KINN — Invest in showcasing women as much as you do in showcasing men
Andrew BerkowitzJune 2026MovingMoved to Miami. — No suggestions! Loved the Kinn. Unfortunately I'm over LA.
Janak BhaktaJune 2026
Michael RiellyJune 2026SpaceJust don’t use it at all as I’m always traveling now for work.
Evan LubinJune 2026Othernew baby in the world :) — Honestly no - the community and staff was extremely welcoming. I wish i got to take more advantage of the programs and experiences but hopefully will be back
Erez AsherJune 2026
Nikki RubinJune 2026OtherCurrent medical issues, not able to use membership
Megan ConnorJune 2026MovingMoving to FL - will see out my membership until it ends on June 2

Nikhil DhawanMay 2026
Sofia KristiansenMay 2026Space, ValueI don't need workspace and kept my membership to meet new people and network but I don't think this is quite the right fit. — Enjoyed my time and enjoyed how welcoming and lovely the membership has been.
Theodore SacripantiMay 2026OtherDealing with some life changes — Nope, It's an incredible experience + community!
Nicco AdamsMay 2026Budget, Other, SpaceCurrently don’t have the time to take advantage of the space, I still work in my office 9-5 most days, so do not yet need a secondary workspace. Once I leave my 9-5, would like to consider membership again so I can actually use the amazing space. — N/A
Caitlin AdlerMay 2026ValueNot enough events that I can attend or that are of interest and often events are cancelled without much notice.
Ali GolshanMay 2026MovingMoving to FL - will see out my membership until it ends on May 22
Shafin DamaniApril 2026MovingI moved to NYC
Will LynchApril 2026TravelI have not been in town enough to use the membership. — Leah, Delaney and the rest of the team were genuinely amazing. I really appreciate them being so welcoming. The one thing I might change is making the upstairs area feel less like a library. I would have liked to be able to take calls and talk out in the open.
Kelsey KatsApril 2026Space, ValueCommunity wise the Kinn is great but the workspaces are not useful for the work that I have to do so I am going to look for private office space. — Replace some of the communal desks with sit/stand capable desks and have monitors available, include more functional spaces to take calls, don't book events during work hours which limits space
Brennan LawsonMarch 2026Travel, OtherCaring for an out of time family member
Scott ButlerMarch 2026SpaceHaven't been making the time to take advantage of my membership — You guys are doing great!
Chip GrossmanMarch 2026Moving, SpaceI lived too far away to come in, and it's not a conducive space for a full time sales job. — Make places where people can have dual monitor and be on sales calls, but if doesn't feel like it fits the vibe.
Evan MeyerMarch 2026Travelreference emails
Ramis MovassaghMarch 2026BudgetDon't need — No
Joleen HsuMarch 2026Space, ValueDon't use the space since I have a home office!
Jeff ChenMarch 2026Spaceneed a dedicated desk where I can take calls! — the call booths are suffocating! Maybe there's a way to improve air flow while still maintaining sound insulation? the areas downstairs are ok to take some calls but we don't have privacy.
Sakiko ReuterskiöldFebruary 2026Travel, BudgetBudget and travel. — It's a great space and community.

Michelle RungeJanuary 2026Budget, OtherThis request was orignally emailed on 1/13/26... It's been such a gift being part of The KINN community this year. I've genuinely loved attending the AI Cafés and events, and got a LOT of value out of Richard Greene's speaking course. The connections I've made with fellow conscious entrepreneurs through that class have been invaluable. The community you've built is special, and I'm so grateful to have experienced it. After some reflection, I've realized that I need to make the difficult decision not to renew my membership at this time. Since relocating from El Segundo to Hermosa Beach, the commute has become more challenging (adding 25+ minutes each way), which has made it harder for me to fully engage with the coworking space and attend events as regularly as I'd like. Given my current business priorities and bandwidth, I want to be realistic about what I can commit to right now. This isn't goodbye. I intend to stay connected to the community and am planning to attend events at The KINN when time allows. I am hoping to attend at least a couple of AI cafe's between now and the end of January and hopefully will see you around. — Thank you for creating such a meaningful space for conscious entrepreneurs. The KINN is doing important work, and I'm cheering you on from Hermosa Beach!
Gregorio BragaJanuary 2026MovingMoved to San Francisco — Love the Friday lunches and breakfasts. They were consistently great, and honestly one of the best parts of the membership for meeting people and building real community.
Amy MaxwellJanuary 2026OtherI thought I'd be coming back to LA but not for now, I will re-join if/when I move to the US
Jeremy MortonJanuary 2026SpaceThe Kinn space and community are really special I've just realized I'm looking for a slightly different vibe at the moment.
Christian Callender-EasbyJanuary 2026MovingMoving — It was great!!
Ian MellenJanuary 2026SpaceI think the Kinn is a fantastic place. However, work just got WAY busier than I ever would've imagined and as a result I have not been using the space at all. Hopefully in the future when things die down a bit I will be able to rejoin!
Serdar TopakJanuary 2026Space-
Anne EastonJanuary 2026MovingI need more options for the podcast recording studio and I’ll be moving significantly so need a place that is outside of LA, in New York or Miami.
Sandra HuberJanuary 2026MovingI'm moving away from venice
Tyler StupartJanuary 2026MovingMoving to sf
Archer BiggsJanuary 2026SpaceFinished work — Thank you, the Kinn is amazing
Elizabeth EddyJanuary 2026MovingMoving. I can't remember when my cycle starts or ends but please cancel it as soon as possible — no, it's great!
Bernard-Henri LouvatJanuary 2026ValueLive too far Have not seen much value in my membership as a result of rarely going to the Kinn Nor value seen either in building my AI startup — Sit down with members Try to understand what type of value they seek from the Kinn Help them find that value
